One of the worst things to do in the golf swing is to have poor grip pressure. Tight grip pressure simply ruins the swing. If a golfer has trouble with fast tempo in their swing, a common culprit tends to be their grip pressure. Most times if the hands are too tight, the swing becomes too fast.
